What needs fixing?
Screen options explained
- Standard screen (LCD)
- A good-quality LCD panel. The picture is sharp and clear for everyday use, and it costs less. Side by side with an OLED display, blacks look slightly less deep and it can use a little more battery.
- Premium screen (soft OLED)
- A soft OLED panel, the same kind of display most of these iPhones shipped with. Deeper blacks, richer colours and better brightness, so it looks closest to the screen you had on day one.
Not sure? Standard is the right choice for most people. Pick premium if you watch a lot of video or want it to look as it did when new.
Phones that came with an LCD screen, like the iPhone 11 and XR, have a single screen option. Both options are replacement panels, so your iPhone may show Apple’s pop-up message (see Policies below). Repair prices include parts and labour.

Policies
Apple’s pop-up message
After a screen, battery or camera repair, your iPhone may show a message saying a part was replaced by someone other than Apple. It is a notice only. Your phone keeps working as normal.
Phones that are already badly damaged
If your phone is dead when we arrive, cannot be tested, has water damage or is badly damaged, our warranty covers only the part we replace. For example, if a water-damaged phone gets a new screen from us and its motherboard fails months later, that fault is not covered.
Tell us the full story
Please be honest about your phone’s condition before we start. If we spot a problem, we tell you before we begin and you decide whether to go ahead. You are never obliged to continue.
Your passcode
You do not have to give us your passcode. We may ask for it so we can test the phone and check the repair worked properly.
Warranty
Every repair comes with a three-month warranty, counted from the day of the repair. It covers faults with the part we fitted and with our workmanship.
We look at each claim on its own merits. If there is a genuine fault that is not your doing, we put it right at no cost to you.
When the warranty may not apply
The warranty can be void if the phone is dropped, gets wet, is misused, or is opened or repaired by someone else after our visit. It can also be void if you do not follow the care advice we give you.
Making a claim
Message us your name, the repair date and what is wrong: 07771 171134 or doorstepfixlondon@gmail.com.
This warranty sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer and does not replace them.
Before we arrive
- Back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer.
- Pick a table or surface near the door with good light.
- Tell us about any water damage, it changes how we repair it.
- Keep your phone reachable so we can message you when we are close.
